Cancellation Policy

Cancellations :

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.

ReturnsĀ  andĀ  RefundĀ  :

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Ā 

  1. We only offer returns for products delivered to you with manufacturing defects.
  2. Since most of our products are handmade; human imperfections while making the handcrafted products do not fall under manufacturing defects.
  3. Full refund will be provided for all products with manufacturing defects only.

  4. If you receive a defective item , Please immediately send a video or 3 - 4 clear pictures showing the defect . Without the videosĀ  or pictures , the reason " defective item " will not be considered .

  5. To raise a refund request, please drop us an email atĀ  colorsofindiastore@gmail.com along with your order andĀ  videos of the defective portion .
  6. Please note that shipping charges, if applicable, will not be refunded.
